1. Is there any long-term contract for the plans?
No, Plazbot is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. You only pay for the months you use the service, and you can cancel at any time.
2. Is there a cost for VoIP implementation and configuration?
Yes, there is a one-time initial setup cost of $100 USD to set up extensions, the phone system, and phone numbering.
3. Why do WhatsApp conversations have a cost?
Meta's business model charges for incoming and outgoing conversations for communication through its services. We add an additional fee of $0.03 USD to each conversation due to the transactional nature of our services.
4. Do the conversation prices already have the Meta price?
No, with our tool you can connect your number directly with Meta Business, and in this case the charges for the conversations will be made in the client's Business Manager, we charge only $0.03 per conversation, for the use of our platform , chatbots, channel centralization, CRM, etc.
5.Does the corporate plan have extra benefits?
The corporate plan exists for companies that need greater customization in their implementation, whether it be the creation of Chatbots, support from our implementers in the company, personalized integrations with artificial intelligence, etc. In this plan, Flexible Users are managed by number of users (+50 users) where prices can be more competitive.
